The fourth house we photographed on our recent trip to Ohio was the home of Joe and Lori Scholtz. In 2017, we featured their 1991 house-turned-farmhouse. Since then, they have built a beautiful 4,100 sf reproduction saltbox. It is absolutely breathtaking! Out of the 17 rooms we photographed, I wasn’t able to pick a favorite. I am pretty sure my mouth was dropped wide open when I walked in each room. I can’t wait for you to see it in the summer 2024 issue of A Primitive Place Magazine.
