Been using these guidelines for months, and this granola really is so good, and is so much more than regular granola. I half the recipe and use double the egg whites for crispness. I use quinoa flakes as the grain, and add in coconut, flax seeds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, blanched almond slivers, dry quinoa, coconut oil, palm sugar, real organic maple syrup, kosher salt, vanilla and cinnamon. My whole family loves when I make this!
