닭갈비 (Dalkgalbi). Spicy marinated chicken, rice cakes, vegetables and optional extras such as cheese or noodles, all cooked communally at the table.
샤브샤브 (Shabu shabu) from 샤브향. Beef and vegetables cooked at the table in broth, served with rice paper and dipping sauces. This is followed by a course of noodles and then rice porridge cooked in the leftover broth.
