Cheese Baked Oysters _ Here is one good recipe I found online & made some changes to it. Opening an oyster is called shucking, & it takes some skill to do it. Spoon seasoned butter over oysters. Put oysters under broiler, broil for 3 minutes & then sprinkle cheese on top, broil for another 1 or 2 minutes. The oysters are ready when they puff up & get curly on the sides. Serve on shells immediately.
