I work in an IB school and I teach in the IBDP program. Our students (and so the teachers) are supposed to manifest the characteristics of the IB learner. In my classroom, I have several posters with different men and women who are almost archetypal figures of each of their traits. Whenever a student manifest one of those traits, I point at the poster and remark that they are on the good track.
