Surely another fantastic Caol Ila release from Oliver Chilton and his team at Elixir Distillers, each previous parcel has been excellent. Parcel No.11 has been crafted from a small batch of four refill sherry butts distilled in 2012 at the Caol Ila Distillery and aged in cask for 11 years. Bottled at 48%.
