Elsa basket made from Dollar store items!!!

I found the basket, white tulle, stickers, yarn and other little things at the Dollar Tree I first I glued and wrapped the handle, I pinched the edges of the hand a little so they would stay up straight. I made 3 long pieces and braided them around the handle I cut the piece 6x5 inches Next I made the skirt, I just looped and pulled like you would a tutu. I wrapped a rubber band around the the basket and covered it with a ribbon to hold all the tulle down. Then a added some snow flakes and…
