How to hang a Framed Clock: If your Framed Clock has a hanging wire, please hang the clock on the hanging wire. If your Framed Clock has no hanging wire please use the keyhole slot on the black shell. * CLOCK HANDS - OUR HANDS VARY DEPENDING ON CLOCK SIZE & AVAILABILITY. We try to offer the hands shown, but the larger and smaller hand styles vary slightly. Black Second Hands are available by request for clocks sized 10-18 inches. Black Straight Hands available by request. Our clock hands are lightweight. They are NOT heavy duty metal. It is NOT because we are trying to be chintzy. Clock hands, especially on the large wall clocks, MUST be lightweight or the mechanism could not run them. The battery would die every month. The next stronger mechanism choice is what is called a tower clock mechanism. Tower clocks have HUGE mechanisms that are 12" x 12" x 6". Not only are they huge, they cost thousands of dollars. Please understand that your light hands are light for a reason. * RETURNS - Please read carefully. We do NOT accept cancellations. Personalized/Customized Clocks are NOT returnable. Any deviation from the listing photo is considered Personalized/Customized and not eligible for return. If your clock is not working a new mechanism/hands will be sent, not a new clock. During the first year a mechanism will be sent at no cost. After 1 year, the buyer will pay shipping costs only. Please contact us for troubleshooting. Clocks damaged in shipping will be replaced with a clock of the exact design & personalization, not a refund or a redesign. Our clocks are intended for INDOOR USE ONLY. Exposure to direct sunlight, inclement weather, humidity will damage the face of the clock, as well as the movement. We cannot accept returns for clocks that are kept outside and ruined by the weather. Each of these large wall clocks is custom made to order, even if your name is not put on them. But we really like happy customers. If you are unhappy with your large wall clock, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. It must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery with your Return Authorization Number written on the paperwork that came with the clock. We will not accept it without a return authorization number. We will approve the return and you can send it back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value. Please ensure the clock is packed in the same packaging it came in with all paperwork and accessories. We will not accept a return without it . Clocks will not be refunded if damaged in return shipping. It is recommended that the customer provides their own shipping insurance to ensure safe arrival.
