Add wild and organic textures to your thrown pottery, and have fun doing it. The three different disk shapes are just the first choice you'll make to result in one of hundreds of textures: - how many of each disk - how they are arranged relative to each other - at what angle you hold the disks against the wall - how quickly you move upward (or downward) - how fast the wheel is spinning - the direction the wheel is spinning - the stiffness of the clay No tools are required to change disks, just grab the two chunky knobs -- even with clay-covered hands! The included Allen key is used to tighten the bolt itself. This will rarely be required, as the lock washer will keep the bolt tightened under most situations. The tool is completely water-safe, and is best cleaned with a toothbrush or kitchen scrub-brush. ---- Note: 3D-printed items are not as perfect as mass-manufactured. Their surfaces will show layer lines, and there will be minor imperfections. However these will not interfere in any way with the item's function.
