The Dashboard reacts to the current state of the profile and the actions the company already did: So if they just created their profile but not created their first job it will appear directly on the dashboard. If they for example have already created several jobs, posted them on free platforms but didn't get the expected number of candidates it will suggest promoting the job on fitting premium platforms – So the user always knows what to do to improve their hiring success.
