Hwa Jeon (Flower Rice Cakes) Sweet rice powder kneaded with boiling water, shaped flat and round, decorated with flower petals, and pan-fried. Hwajeon was traditionally made with seasonal flowers - most commonly azalea, rose, and chrysanthemum.
