• 5 fluid ounces heavy cream

• 1 3/4 fluid ounces mango juice
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 ounce powdered gelatin
• 2 3/4 fluid ounces mango juice
• 3 grams powdered gelatin (add 1 tablespoon water and microwave at 500 watts for 10 seconds)
• Heavy cream (for decoration)
