This hibiscus strawberry curd tart is swirled inside a crumbly gluten-free almond crust and topped with toasted meringue. Better than lemon meringue pie!

• 2 tsp Lime
• 3/4 cup Strawberry puree

• 2 Egg yolks
• 3 Eggs, large

• 2 tbsp Lime juice
Baking & Spices
• 3/4 cup Almond flour, super-fine
• 2 tbsp Bob's red mill tapioca flour
• 3/4 cup Caster sugar or powdered sugar
• 2 tsp Cornstarch
• 1 tsp Cream of tartar
• 1/2 cup Gluten-free oat flour
• 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
• 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
• 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp Sweet rice flour

• 12 tbsp Butter, unsalted
