PH: Acid vs. Alkaline: What’s the Big Deal?  Acidity and alkalinity is measured on the pH scale, which ranges from 1 to 14. Our blood is very tightly maintained at a pH between 7.35 and 7.45, slightly alkaline. Very small fluctuations can occur, but if the blood moves out of this range in either direction very serious health problems occur. The ONLY foods that create alkalinity in the body are vegetables and fruits.  That’s it. ALL other foods create acidity on some level.

Living with Knee Pain? Try this simple excercise Pillow Squeeze This move helps strengthen the inside of your legs to better support your knees. Lie on your back, both knees bent. Place a pillow between the knees. Squeeze your knees together, squishing the pillow between them. Hold for 5 seconds. Relax. Do two sets of 10 repetitions. Switch legs after each set. Too hard? You can also do this exercise while seated

Help your knees!!     Seriously. I found this ages ago when my knee acted up from squats or even just too much bending in yoga.     This is a list with videos and images of GREAT, easy exercises you can do to strengthen the muscles that support you knee, gently! Great to do before bed as these aren't intense, just efficient!
