South Korean illustrator Dani Soon has re-interpreted the fairy tale “Thumbelina” in this series of illustrations. These lovely works were drawn in “Minhwa style” (민화), combining east and west. In each illustration, Soon drew fish, flowers and rocks, which symbolize good luck, happiness, and longevity.
