Air Fryer Miso Salmon
This salmon recipe is done in minutes and you’ll reap the benefits of fermented miso and the good omega-3 fats in grass-fed butter. Paired with some quick stovetop green beans, dinner is done! INGREDIENTS King salmon fillet, 8oz 1 tbsp white miso 1 tbsp Kerrygold butter ¼ tsp garlic powder Salt & pepper to taste Olive oil DIRECTIONS Preheat air fryer for 5 mins on 390°F. White that’s heating up, pat salmon dry and season with garlic powder and salt and pepper. Microwave the butter for 10-15 seconds and combine with the miso. Next, add a thin layer of oil to the base of the air fryer and put a small piece of parchment paper in the basket so the skin doesn’t stick. Finally, air fry salmon for around 12 mins with a little more or less time depending on the size of your salmon.
