Electric Pressure Cooker SHREDDED BEEF: 31/2 Lb Rump Roast, 14oz can Tomatoes, 32oz Beef Broth, 2 tsp Cumin, 1 Tbsp Oregano Leaves, 3 Tbsp Chili Powder, 1 tsp Onion Powder. Secure lid  set cook time 90 min. Release pressure, remove Beef  rest to cool 20 min. Drain half the liquid, shred Beef  back to cooker w/3 cloves minced Garlic, 1/2 a Red Onion 1 Hatch Pepper-opt. Secure lid  re-set cook time to 10 min. Release pressure  enjoy!
