Ingredients : India Gate Basmati Rice - 1 kg Mutton Nalli with fat - 1.5 kgs (fat optional but def makes it more yummy) Oil - 220gms Bay leaves -3, Elaichi -5, Cinnamon - 2 sticks, Cloves - 4 to 5 Onions - 700gms Ginger Garlic Paste - 150gms Tomatoes - 900gms Chilli powder - 2 spoons Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon Salt - to taste Coriander & Mint leaves - 1 full kattu each Green chilli - 7 to 8 Lemon - 1 (juice) Curd - 500gms Ghee - 1 or 2 spoons as per your taste ( not compulsory ) RECIPE : 1 . Add oil in the wide Deksha , put the garam masala & then the finely chopped onions with some salt, sautee until golden brown. 2. Add the mutton

Mounika Erukulapati on Instagram: "One pot prawns pulao🍤🍲 👉Ingredients: Prawns - 500g Basmati rice - 2 cups Hot water - 2.5 cups Tomatoes - 2 (large) Onion - 1 (large) Ghee - 3 tbsp Green chillies - 3 Mint leaves - 1/4 cup Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup Cinnamon - 1 Bay leaf - 2 Cardamom - 3 Cloves - 5 Shahijeera - 1 tsp Black cardamom - 1 Star anise - 1 Javithri - 1 Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Salt as per taste Turmeric powder- 1 tsp Biryani masala - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp 👉Recipe preparation: Wash 2 cups of basmati rice and soak for 30 minutes. In a pressure heat 3 tbsp of ghee and add whole spices, sliced onions and ginger garlic paste. Fry until the raw smell goes away. Add tomatoes, prawns, turmeric powder and salt. Cook for 2 minutes and add mint and coriander leaves
