Step 1 – Apply a thick layer of lotion to the area you want to target. {Don’t rub in completely} - stomach, thighs, upper arms, etc. Step 2 – Wrap ENTIRE area with plastic wrap around mid-section several times, snug not tight; wear ALL night long. Step 3 - wrap the area with a long bandage to keep your wrap in place. Cover the plastic completely.
