Homemade Chicken Spinach Lasagna
Homemade Chicken spinach lasagna is a new twist on traditional lasagna that will keep you coming back for more! It’s made with fresh white mushrooms, fresh baby spinach, and shredded cooked chicken. You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken. I took a lighter approach to the sauce and used chicken broth as my base with some milk and then flavored it with nutmeg and Parmesan. So it is not overly heavy.
Grilled Orange Chicken
Grilled orange chicken is an Asian-inspired dish with chicken thighs, zesty marinade, and hot sauce. It’s a tasty family favorite meal that can be paired with quick and easy summer side dishes. The sauce is made from scratch with orange juice, soy sauce, and a touch of hot sauce. Allowing the chicken to rest in the marinade overnight makes the chicken juicy, tender, and incredibly tender.
