Ingredients: 12 oz penne pasta 1 lb ground beef 4 tbsp unsalted butter 4 minced garlic cloves 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) Salt and black pepper to taste Fresh parsley for garnish Instructions: Cook penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef, cook until browned, and season with salt and pepper.
