This super easy and festive Pumpkin Veggie is a healthy Halloween party platter that's fun to make with the kids! It uses carrots for the bright orange color, cucumber slices for the month, celery sticks for the stem, a pepper for the nose, and small bowls filled with dipping hummus for the eyes!
Vegan Roasted Chickpeas Protein Snack
35min · 1 serving 1 Person • 1 Can of Chickpeas (ca. 270g) • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil • 0.75 tsp (!) Garlic Powder • 0.75 tsp (!) Smoked Paprika • 0.75 tsp (!) Salt How to: • Wash the Chickpeas. Garlic Cheese Bombs // recipe 📩 Credit: @recipebylayla Ingredients: -Trader Joe’s pizza dough or pillsbury biscuits -string cheese or shredded mozzarella -1/3 cup melted unsalted butter -2 cloves minced garlic -salt to taste -Italian herb seasoning -grated Parmesan cheese -parsley (optional) Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 450 2. In a bowl melt butter and mix in garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, & Italian spices. 3. If you’re using the pizza dough, cut the dough into 16 pieces.
