Click Images to Slide ShowMicro Housing K, Seoul | 마장동 협소주택, 서울20평의 대지, 건축에 10평이 허락된 초소형 부지에 한 가족의 보금자리와 스튜디오, 그리고 임대용 2가구를 수용할 수 있는 계획안을 제안하였다.경사진 대지에 맞물린 지하층은 선큰마당을 포함한 2인 주거로, 지상층들은 4m 남짓한 층고를 가진 복층으로 계획되었다. 협소한 부지의 한계를 지하층은 건폐율 불포함이라는 요소로, 지상층은 복층이라는 요소로 극복해 효율성을 확보하고자 했다.복층을 도입하면서 건축의 높이는 대지의 품에 비해 지나치게 높아지게 되었고, 볼륨의 상승감으로 인한 비례감 약화를 마감과 디자인으로 극복하려 했다.주 외장재인 콘크리트블럭은 가로 줄눈만을 살려 수평성을 입혔고, 지붕 캐노피 역시 무거운 색상과 수평적 디자인을 통해 머릿돌 역할을 하게 하였다.작은 볼륨에 걸맞는 최소화된 재료 구성, 동네 풍경...
