Crock-Pot Peach Vanilla Butter
• 8 Peaches, 2 Vanilla Beans, & 1/4C Sugar • Peel, slice, & place peaches in crockpot. Cut vanilla beans in half & scrape out seeds; place both in crockpot. Add sugar; stir. Cover & cook on LOW 4 hrs. Remove bean pods. Pour cooked (HOT!) peaches into blender til smooth. Pour peaches into crock pot, prop lid open w/chopstick to allow steam to escape. Cook on LOW 2 hrs; stir on & off. Pour into jars. Chill up to 2 mos or freeze up to 6 months.
