Burmese Grated Carrot Salad
This is very good, and very different, too. So many flavors going on, didn't taste much raw carrot flavor at all, but that's fine by me. Couldn't find shrimp powder, so got some dried shrimp and ground my own; worked great. Used pumpkin and sunflower seeds instead of peanuts. Intriguing. (Picture by me, linked to original recipe)
