In class I needed a place for each of my students to keep their customised visuals and reward systems, so I created the Visual Folder. The “I’m working for,” was important to the students as it was already an established tool, now the students have a choice of what to work for with the token economy and what they would need to complete the tasks I set.

These are awesome!! Visuals are key to support students with disabilities but they have also been proven to help ALL students! Visuals are all stated in a positive language. Example "quiet hands" instead of "No hitting." Positive language is shown to decrease negative behavior more effectively. You get a set of 6 and 166 visual cards!!
