For this task I collaborated with https://photobash.org amazing platform which provided me and my class with selection of photos we made for students to be able to make a task from. For instance we had some epic viking structures photos in super hi-res. Then the task itself was to proceed with redesigning given assets and make/build a whole fortification location built in the mountains out of it.

A fun matte painting challenge we started on this vfx discord server. https://discordapp.com/invite/VJgr8uV I have provided a timelapse of my workflow on this piece, going through a basic 3d layout and a lot of cg paintover. I had a great time on this and it was fun to try get this done on a short period of time.
