4 inch lemon Madeira cake that I made for my Nana's birthday last weekend. She has a favourite painting in her lounge of two swans in a similar pose, which was a present to my grandparents for a milestone anniversary. I wanted to make a cake which reminded her of that picture, and thought it would look good in a blue and white colour scheme to resemble antique Wedgewood Blue pottery.
