QUADS & HIP FLEXORS STRETCHES ! Here are 4 ways I love stretching my quadriceps and hip flexors: 1. Low Lunge 2. Pigeon Pose 3. Half- Hero Pose 4. Full- Hero Pose The first picture shows the simplest form, and the following two are different variations of the poses to deepen the stretch.
