I positively love Scotland, in large part because of its amazing islands. During previous trips to the Orkney Isles and the Isle of Skye I knew that there was one area I had yet to see - the Outer Hebrides. This trip provided the opportunity to explore both Lewis and Harris while simultaneously re-visiting the Isle of Skye. Luckily, the weather cooperated beautifully. This neolithic stone grave has been altered and restored so often its now more neo than lithic.

I take a deep breath and walk through the first few trees. I can feel the thrum of power and I’m not even to the Circle. My steps slow. Viborg’s Sacred Grove is, the Sisterhood thinks, older. But Anya’s Grove feels as if it holds ten-times more power. My entire body tingles.
