The Cookie Box Club on Instagram: "Don’t throw your royal icing leftovers! Use it to make rosettes. Here’s how we do ours: 
✨ Cut a piece of wax paper. 
✨ Make dots of icing. You can make them different sizes like here or all one size. Let your dots crust. Depending on the icing you use, this could take 20-50 minutes. 
✨ Once crusted, make your little swirls with the same icing. If your original icing was in flood consistency (anything less than 15 seconds), you may need to thicken it just a bit. Adjust the size of your piping bag so you only have a small opening in your bag, making the line a bit thinner. 
✨ Let your rosettes dry completely before removing them from the wax paper. 
✨ Once dry, use them or store them in an airtight container. 

When ready to use them, place a small dot of Piping Bag, Cookie Icing, Cookies Decorated, Airtight Containers, Cookie Box, Wax Paper, Sugar Cookies Decorated, Royal Icing, Cookie Decorating
