During this first week, I’m prioritizing rest and staying seated and relaxed (best I can with a 2 year old 🤪)  First things first, for ALL postpartum moms, is breath work. Making that reconnection to your core and pelvic floor. It takes work and patience, but must be done before anything else! 👍🏼  So much sitting/laying down + breastfeeding positions can make a body super tight. So I’m incorporating these gentle movements to keep mobility in mostly my spine, but also my chest and hips.
