Ingredients:
* 1 cup Rolled Oats or instant oats
* 2 tbsp Dahi (yogurt)
* Water - as required
* 1/4 cup Onions, chopped
* 1/2 cup Red, Yellow and Green Capsicum, chopped
* 2 tbsp boiled corn
* Fresh Dhania
* Salt to taste
* 1 tsp mixed herbs
* Oil for cooking
* Sesame Seeds for garnish

Method:
1. In a mixer, grind the oats into a fine powder.
