Must be built in the Harbour area.Provides Mooring for Ships to exchange Goods. The Pier is an Occidental Harbour building which creates additional places for ships to dock and trade goods at, reducing the wait time before Goods can be transferred. Act 2 Scene 1: This is the background scene where Romeo meets Juliet. (The joint between the two worlds) The docks where Juliet's pirate ship will be built on the back upper right stage. The docks and the ship will be built with wood. The remaining part (waters and edge of town) will be painted. Romeo will be standing on the docks looking upwards towards the ship where Juliet is standing.
