Eras Military pilot suit - The suit has sensors in the helmet that take the users thoughts and transfer them into a mechs movements. With this and the pilots control inputs, the mech will move much quicker and more fluidly. However, because the sensors in the helmet take signals from the brain they can also send signals into the brain. More specifically, any hit the mech takes, the pilot will feel the pain of that hit on their body.
