Do 1 set.  -Jump Rope x 2 minutes -Walkout Spider Lunge x 8 -Back Lunge Scaption x 10 (each side) -KB Hike to Swing x 10 -Burpees x 8  Kettlebell Complex: Perform the prescribed reps of each exercise one after the other with zero rest in between. Once you finish all reps, rest 90 seconds. Do 8 sets. Go as heavy as possible while maintaining excellent technique!  -KB Swings x 5 -KB Hang Squat Cleans x 5 -KB Shoulder Press x 5 -KB Burpees x 5 -KB Swings x 5  Cool Down: Perform each stretch / movement for 60 seconds.
