This is a great recipe when you want to taste the meat.
Quick, easy to prepare and one dish!
 
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
Remove the silver skin from 1-2 racks of ribs and cut them into pieces.
In a large (the bigger the better so they are not overcrowded) casserole dish, mash together 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons EVOO, 1 tablespoon white wine, 3 cloves sliced garlic, ½ sliced lemon, 1 sliced onion, 2 springs rosemary, handful of parsley, pinch of hot pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Now use your hands to rub it into the ribs.
Lay them in a single layer and season with a little more S&P
Bake in centre of oven for around 35-45 minutes or until desired doneness.

These oven baked ribs were so easy to make, super juicy and fall off the bone tender! I will admit, I don’t view myself as someone who is good at making ribs. I’ve gotten so much advice as to how to make them perfectly and have tried so many methods….smoking them, 3,2,1 method, crockpot, instant pot, etc. I finally found a method that worked well for me and my family loved them. I ate mine with just the dry rub but basted my family’s with bbq sauce. 

RECIPE - Makes 2 baby back racks of ribs
INGREDIENTS:
2 racks of ribs (2-3lbs each)
4 Tbsp mustard
DRY RUB:
2 Tbsp golden monkfruit sweetener 
1 Tbsp chili powder 
1 Tbsp garlic powder 
1 Tbsp onion powder 
1 Tbsp smoked paprika 
2 tsp black pepper 
2 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
