A Spanish-inspired residence and office space with an entrance welcomed by a sunlit inner courtyard adorned with vast arched openings. It floods the house with abundant light, the skin creating dramatic plays of shadow and light. Along with a range of unique finishes comprising of patterned cement tiles, seamless micro-topping and terracotta, the structure also utilizes a simple fired brick in a rat trap bond – a feature that helps maintain indoor comfort even during harsh summers.
