I know a lot of you ask for yoga cues but it’s bloody hard to voice over a clip that’s sped up two times. This was the third take and I thought F it 😂 You get the gist right!? 🦖

Now let’s get on to those teaching points ⬇️

▪️ In this flow I fused my warm up with my lead up poses to give me a longer start to the class.

▪️ In reality I taught this super slow, pausing most of the postures to give my students and their bodies sweet sweet time to open up.

▪️ Teaching both sides took around 15-20 minutes of the class

▪️ After this section I then carried my students into my peak round that had yoga postures such as : warrior 2, triangle, wide legged fold, goddess (you get the hip opening idea right)
