I had to mull this over last night - I instantly knew I could relate solidly to trust, abandonment and neglect, but guilt? I was on the fence. Gently turning over aspects of it in my mind, I think it’s there for me too. 
When we talk about an inner child wound, it can be helpful to break down those wounds into smaller pieces - which aspects of the classic inner child wound (which all of these are) do I relate to the most? 
Building self awareness is often an overlooked part of inner child wound healing. It’s the first, second and third step, it runs alongside any other self work you do, and is an ever evolving, continuous process.
