I am here today with my top 3 binding tips that make adding binding to your project so simple!! I actually have 4- bonus tip at the end!!

1- Make a pocket at the beginning. Fold over the raw edge 45° and only sew down 1 layer of the binding for the first 2-3 inches. The close the “pocket” and continue sewing.

2- When mitering the corners, sew off each corner at a 45° angle. This helps you make great mitered corners!

3- Glue baste your binding to the back! Stop messing with pins. Use the water soluble glue and your iron. The iron heat sets the glue, and no it will not gum up your needle!
