Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it. In a large mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes to soften. Add the ground beef, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, and paprika to the breadcrumb mixture. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet or in the loaf pan. Spread a thin layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with mashed potatoes, green beans, or your favorite sides.
