Sautéed Bok Choy Recipe (Stir-Fried) Heat veg oil over med heat. Add minced garlic & minced ginger. Cook about 1 min. Cut bok choy into 1" pieces and add to pan with soy sauce. Cook about 3 min or tail leaves are wilted and stems soften, stirring occasionally. To serve sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and black pepper.
