Gives me an Idea!! Take a paper grocery bag. Measure the front around the bottom to the back to the top. Cut a piece of freezer wrap paper to length. Glue to bag. Next cut fabric 1-2 inches narrower and glue on top of freezer wrap. Cut out designs to top fabric like the horse. Add grommets and ribbon. Use up left over fabric and ribbon.
