This recipe also calls for my homemade salsa which is also in my cookbook and meal plans. www.Kristysketolifestyle.com RECIPE - Makes 28 pieces INGREDIENTS: 4 large chicken breasts 1 cup chicken broth 4 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning 8 oz cream cheese 1 cup homemade salsa 4.5oz can of green chiles 1/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 4 Cutdacarb flatbreads DIRECTIONS: 1. Pressure cook the chicken, broth and taco seasoning for 12 minutes on high. 2. Do a quick release and then transfer the chicken to a mixer and shred it.
