It started out as a decoration for your garden as so many have done before and those are beautiful! With the crystal drop, I have those too. I was selling them at a Farmers Market and everyone kept asking where the water comes out. Week after week. So my husband and I created one that does water and it's amazing, I love it. People loved it. Locally though. It's in a 20\" barrel, the base is a concrete paver block with the plumbing drilled and glued in. The copper poles and tea pot easily screw in and the teacup sets on the other shorter pole. All you have to do is screw everything in, fill it with water,
