Ocular Motor (Vision) Exercises

Vision is more than just acuity. It involves perception as well as eye muscle control. Eye muscles must contract and relax in a smooth controlled manner and both eyes must work together as a team for successful tracking needed to read and comprehend material as well as moving objects in our environment. Great chart for visual attention. Student has to find A, 1, B, 2, C, 3 and so on to Z, 26. Was really hard for some students. Add balance board and finger taps to make it more difficult.
