Ingredients: • 1 box Pillsbury Golden Butter Cake Mix⁠ • Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions⁠ • 2 tubs Pillsbury White Frosting⁠ • Green gel color⁠ • White pearl sprinkles⁠ • Toothpicks⁠ • White paper or parchment paper⁠ • Glue stick⁠ *** Make sure kids know the flag and toothpick are not edible***⁠ ⁠ ⁠Directions Step 1: Prepare cupcakes according to the instructions on package. Let cool completely.⁠ Step 2: Tint one tub of frosting with green gel color in a lighter shade and tint the other one a few shades darker⁠ Step 3: Take a 2 inch wide piece of parchment paper and fold it in half, cut out a flag shape, making sure the flat side of the triangle is on the side with the fold.⁠ Step 3: Place a toothpick inside the flag and add a little g
