Mala means numbing and spicy - which comes from using sichuan peppercorns, It was made with prawn, but I’ve used cream cheese! 

So here’s the recipe: 
Take spring roll sheets, and cut them really thin. 

In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp cream cheese with 1/4 tsp sichuan peppercorn powder, 3 tbh spring onion greens, chilli flakes, salt and keep aside. 

Now the fun bit, In your hand, take a few spring roll sheet strands in your hand, place cream cheese in the centre, and cover with more spring roll sheets.
