Torre Santiago | Arrhov Frick The proposal provides an abstract and generic structure made of reinforced concrete radically inserted in the landscape. The structure becomes a framework for programs asked for as well as flexible programs. A juice bar, office spaces, antennas, a public park, an outdoor gallery, a concert hall etc. The programs could change and develop over time. The tower becomes a part of Santiago as contemporary and in progress.
